For B2B SaaS and AI founders with their first customers

Persistent AI teamsfor real company work.

Use ready-made AI teams or create your own around your processes. Each has its own roles, instructions, tools and working context.

Give a team a task. It organizes the work, brings back a finished result and keeps the context for what comes next. When a decision is yours to make, Oqera asks for confirmation.

Illustrative demo: a task goes to Oqera and one persistent AI team. Its manager guides the researcher, analyst and verifier in sequence, passing their work between steps. You receive a result with sources, the team keeps its working context, and the next step waits for your decision. The Customers, Market and Launch tabs show different examples. These examples do not run real tasks.

Why AI chats aren't enough

How a team works

Every team is a manager and AI agents with different roles.

Each team owns one area of your business: product, sales, the market. Inside are a manager, agents with different roles, shared memory and a check. Here is the Product team working through customer feedback.

  1. 01
The manager makes a planSplits the task into steps, checks the team’s memory and gives each step to an agent.
  2. 02
Agents do their partThe researcher gathers data, the analyst writes findings. Every finding links to its source.
  3. 03
The verifier checksAnything without a source goes back to the agent for revision.
  4. 04
You decideThe team prepares options. The choice stays with you.

Example: inside the Product team. The manager plans four steps and assigns them to agents. The researcher collects 40 reviews and 6 interviews, the analyst writes three findings with sources, and the verifier checks each one. One finding has no source, so the verifier sends it back; the analyst rewrites it with sources and it passes. The team then prepares two options, and the decision waits for the founder.

YOUR OWN AI TEAM

No ready-made team for your work? Describe it, and Oqera builds one.

Unlike ready-made teams, your own team has a manager: it plans every new task itself. And the team keeps what it learned for next time.

01You describe the work, AI-CEO asks

Every month, prepare the investor update: metrics, what we did, what’s next and where we need help.

AI-CEOTwo questions so the team fits your company:
  1. Who reads the letter, and what do they care about most?
  2. Where should the numbers come from?

Getting started

Oqera doesn’t start from zero.

Before the first task, AI-CEO gets to know your company. Setup takes a few minutes.

  1. 1
After Closed Beta approval: tell Oqera about your company

Stage, goal, customers. Or bring over what ChatGPT or Claude already knows.

  2. 2
    AI-CEO asks a few questions

One at a time, only about what it hasn’t understood yet. “I don’t know” is always an answer.

  3. 3
    Check how it understood you

Fix anything that’s wrong. Oqera treats as true only what you confirm.

  4. 4
    Connect your model

An API key from a provider such as OpenRouter. You pay the provider for model usage directly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Still wondering how Oqera fits into the way you work?

Does Oqera replace ChatGPT or Claude?

No. Oqera organizes work around the AI models you choose. It adds teams, shared context and a workflow for getting from a task to a result.

Who is AI-CEO?

Your coordinator inside Oqera. It knows your company’s context, works out what a task needs, suggests which team should take it and can put together a new team for recurring work. The decisions stay with you.

How are ready-made teams different from my own?

Ready-made teams have defined workflows, roles and checks. Custom teams are available within their limits. The Apps catalog is available; OAuth setup and connection readiness need their own checks, and permission for external actions is separate.

How does Oqera know my company’s context?

After approval and login, you answer a few questions or bring over what ChatGPT or Claude already knows. AI-CEO asks what it still needs and shows how it understood your company; only what you confirm becomes true for Oqera. Teams also use your sources and earlier work.

Does Oqera send anything on my behalf?

Sales follow-ups and content remain drafts. Sending, external writes and publication require your concrete permission and review.

What if an AI team gets something wrong?

AI can make mistakes, so every ready-made team checks its work before it reaches you: a critic, a verifier or a check in code. Where a team works with sources, its conclusions link back to them. Important decisions wait for you to approve them, ask for changes or reject them.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Describe the task in everyday language. You can review the proposed work and decide what should happen next.

How is Oqera different from n8n or Zapier?

Oqera helps with knowledge work where the next step depends on research, analysis or review. You start the work; unattended schedules and triggers are off in this beta.

Do I need an API key? Who pays for model usage?

Yes. Approved beta participants bring their own provider API key, for example OpenRouter, and pay that provider directly for inference. Oqera charges no subscription or payment for beta access.

What counts as a run, and what happens at the daily limit?

Founding beta allows 30 workflows a day and 2 concurrently. Failed executions can consume usage too. Effective remaining limits and reset times come from the server; reaching the limit blocks new admissions.

Can I stop using the beta?

Yes. There is no paid subscription to cancel. You control your provider account and can review data erasure in Settings. Access grants are managed by the operator.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Oqera doesn’t use your data for training. Requests go to the model provider through your own key, and that provider’s terms apply to them.

How does Oqera handle my data and API key?

Your provider key is encrypted at rest and used for your Oqera runs. The AI provider’s terms govern how that provider handles the information sent to its models.

Start with one task

Tell Oqera about your company once.
Then just hand off tasks.

Hand AI teams the work you already need to do. Keep the decisions.
